5 Coral Lips For Summer

Nothing says summer like a pop of orange paired with a fresh tan. Wearing an orange or coral lip colour in summer is my all time favourite go-to, it adds a bit more fun to any outfit and really compliments a beautiful glow. I want to share my top 5 favourite coral MAC Lipsticks.

“Coral Bliss”
Coral Bliss has a very light and moisturizing formula with a high-shine finish. The colour is a little more on the nude side with hints of a delicate peach, making it very easy to match with any makeup look or outfit. I usually pair this with a nude lip liner underneath to keep the lines clean. You can purchase Coral Bliss here

Flamingo is a light milky bright coral, with a semi-gloss finish. I like to wear this colour when I’m looking for a bright lip pop without the commitment of a intense, vibrant pigment. Flamingo is perfect for any day-time look. You can purchase Flamingo here

The description on the MAC website claims Impassioned is a “amped-up fuchsia”, however I feel it falls more in the coral category. I love this colour when I want to add a pop of vibrant pink-coral to my outfit. This colour looks great with all skin tones and can be worn it in the summer or winter. You can purchase Impassioned here

“Watch Me Simmer”
This colour was a limited edition Amplified Lip Colour but it is my all time FAVOURITE lip colour so I had to include it. I’ve seen many close dupes, especially in Sephora but I haven’t been able to find anything too close in MAC. I would describe this colour as a very bright watermelon coral with a soft finish. This colour looks amazing with a tan and it is my go-to vacation lipstick. Here is something similar.

“Neon Orange”
You can probably tell by the name that this is an orange and definitely not a coral, but I still love this colour for summer. Neon Orange is a super vibrant, pigmented orange with a cream finish. This colour looks beautiful on every skin tone. You can purchase Neon Orange here
